DoReserve is an online appointment setting application intended to assist businesses with their customers. Business owners or those responsible for handling appointments can set up an account and give their customers an online location to set up appointments. Customers can access their appointment page any time, even after business hours. DoReserve provides unique templates and designs so users do not have to have any HTML or design experience. SMS reminders are also available so the user’s customers are less likely to miss an event or appointment. DoReserve has also included reporting features so the user can see which events were the most popular and other important company-related data. DoReserve is also flexible for user who already have an existing company website. The user can either add a link to their DoReserve appointment page or insert an iframe directly into their existing page so their visitors never have to leave to make an online appointment.

DoReserve was created by Notando Ltd. The application provides a helpful service that is designed to reduce the amount of time needed to set up and manage customer appointments. The creators included flexible features that work with many different industries. The company’s other projects include Simply Book Me and Notando Commerce.

DoReserve provides users with many of the features that other, similar applications include. This is a good thing because these features work very well for companies who would like to take appointments online. The application allows the user to set up their appointment page which can be linked or embedded into an existing website or used on its own if a website has not been created for the company.

DoReserve takes on a very professional, organized appearance. The website features shades of blue with product benefits and features listed along the bottom. The actual application deviates slightly from the website color scheme by using light blue with bold yellow and orange. The color choices help the user review their existing appointments quickly. The application also uses calendars so the user can easily find available time slots or review existing appointments. The reports area is just as neatly organized, with client data and other relevant details listed in columns and rows.

A new user can click either the green and white “See Plans and Pricing” button along the left hand side of the homepage or the white “Prices” button in the upper, right hand corner to get started. The following page asks the user to select their preferred membership plan by clicking the corresponding green and white “Select” button. After doing so, the user is asked for their desired DoReserve URL, email address, name, a description of their company and whether they want to use the default schedule or days-only schedule. A check box is also available to require client registration when setting appointments. The bottom of the form asks the user to add their available services and times they are available.

DoReserve provides users with three membership options to choose from. The first is a Start plan which costs $7 per month and allows up to 80 reservations, one additional plugin, a personal webpage and iframe widget access. The Basic plan costs $15 per month and includes up to 300 reservations, two additional plugins and SMS notifications. The Advanced plan costs $29 per month and includes unlimited reservations, unlimited plugins and white label features.

DoReserve.com is a helpful application for any company that takes appointments. The available plans are relatively economical, especially for a small to medium size business. The user can add their own custom services and create a DoReserve appointment page for their company.
